Why Do I Need A Consultation?

A: Consultations usually allow time for the client to tell the therapist what they are looking for and if the therapist is not the best fit, the therapist is usually willing to make a referral to a specialist.

Is Online Therapy the Same as Therapy in the Office?

A: Both online therapy and in-person therapy have benefits and drawbacks. Online therapy is accessible to new parents who are unable to find a sitter. Online therapy is currently the preferred option to comply with social distancing regulations. The amount of time spent in session is the same as if you were to spend time in a physical office.
